The ultimate arrogant company

My sister was an occupant to 2 properties that are managed by City Property, when she moved to the 3rd one she was told that she will not be allowed to register her finger print as she owes R20k, well she has been paying rent and the person that has a contract with City property was not paying over the rent to City Property. Now City property pins the debt on my sister who does not have a contract Or any paper trail whatsoever of an agreement with them.

We went to City property and we met Rhivuhanzu who was clueless of their companies ********* penalization on my sister, when she couldn't answer she went to call an arrogant guy from the back office to come and exercise his zero care memtality for his clients on us.

I fortunately found a unit that is not managed by them and I am cool now.
