The Hangar Complex,3 Bosbok Nook Zwartkop,Centurion 0157 is ungovernable!

Security’s phone goes straight to voicemail. Building manager’s phone goes straight to voicemail. The tenants in Sabre S0103 do as they please which includes making loud and disruptive noise every single evening ,smoking and urinating anywhere they please.

I have raised these issues several times and none of them have been addressed!

Decent law abiding citizens who consistently pay rent have to suffer because of a group on unruly hooligans and *********** staff!

The property manager Helene Le Roux has no sense of accountability and urgency ,instead she is dismissive and delegates her responsibilities to the building manager Moses Phetle who is equally ***********!

No matter how desperate you get ,DO NOT move into this DUMP!
