The Hangar Has Gone To "The Dogs"
City Property is a company that does not deal decisively and swiftly with unruly tenants. They would rather lose reliable and dignified tenants in the name of chasing droves of unruly tenants who are ill behaved and inconsiderate. Their rules and regulations are just a smoke screen and as a result their property's have been relegated to hostels.
