TERRIBLE SERVICE AT CITY PROPERTY PRETORIA OFFICE

I have stayed at City property flats for the past 7 years and I must say I can't wait for the first opportunity to leave. Their service is so terrible in their Pretoria offices and has gotten worse in recent times. When you complain, both the employees and the managers defend each other and make a fool of you for complaining. I don't know how many times I complained about them this year, and no one does anything about the complaints. Last month my family decided to move to a bigger flat. They gave me such a hard time just to give me a flat as if they are giving it to me for free. When they finally agreed they refused when I asked them to move on the 01st of May. They insisted that I move on the 10th which is a Wednesday and a working day. When I went to them on Saturday morning the 06th of May to etleast let me move my furniture to the new unit so that I dont have to take a day off on Wednesday just to move they refused. There is a guy who is a building manager by the name of Wisani who refused and send me to Amanda Duma. Amanda promised to send the lease agreement to me and she did not. We paid for the unit without signing the lease agreement. When I called them they started ignoring my calls. We are just so tired and unhappy that my wife has asked me to start looking for alternative accommodation.
