Stressful Experience and Lack of Support

This one star is generosity on my part.

My experience at an apartment at Orpheum mansions was extremely stressful. Items I re**** on, necessities, were withdrawn without warning by the “landlord” , leaving me in a very difficult situation.

When I reported this to City Property, I felt that the severity of what I was experiencing was not fully appreciated or addressed. I felt branded as disrespectful because of the era in which I was born as if that had anything to do with the situation at hand. This minimised my situation, making me out to be the instigator whereas I had woken up on the floor and couldn’t bath that morning.

Based on my experience, I would advise future tenants to be cautious when considering this accommodation, especially ORPHEUM MANSIONS.
