Stop charging tenants for things they did not damage.

I wouldnt recommend anyone to move in Time Place. week later and I still haven't received help. Not only did they charge me ridiculous prices, they charged me for a window I have never used.

The building manager told me to look at the inspection from when I moved it and compare to see if the small window at the top had a small crack or not and there was no inspection for the window, I have never used that window and it didn't even make sense to use it because it's too high and the windows below it were big enough and I didn't have to climb a chair to open a window at the top.

I refused to be charged for something I have not used or something that they cannot even prove that it wasn't cracked when I moved in because there are pictures of everything expect the window they claim I cracked.

I went back to the building manager about this and he has since chosen to ignore me.

Dear Koketso,

The Credit Controller assisted with the account query when you requested for a breakdown on the account. The Property Manager is also engaging with you on the matter.

One of our agents will contact you to discuss the matter.

Event to this day an agent hasn't called me nor has your team dealt with this issue like you said they would.

On my last review you commented like there is something that you're doing and I am being difficult, that same credit controller referred me to that manager at Time Place because they couldn't answer the questions that I have about the sudden charges of my monthly water bill or the the cleaning charges that were changed from 200 to 600. That manager is ignoring my messages and you're making it seem like I am getting help here??

I asked why am I being charged for a cracked that you can't prove it wasn't there when I moved in, I am being ignored. The property manager that you say is engaging with me, can you even tell me when he spoke with me? Or if he answered the email that I sent him with my concerns??

You didn't inspect the window, infact that inspection was even done days after i have moved in and rushed and now I have to pay for something you couldn't fix? How many more tenants are you going to blame for that crack or anything you refuse to fix in your ****** building?

Why am I suddenly charged over 700 for water when I didn't pay over 300 for the past 5 months, why did the cleaning charges change from 200 to 600, why are you making me pay for a crack on a window that you can't prove it wasn't there when I moved in???

That doesn't make sense considering I have been getting a bill every month and I have been paying every month, so now you're basically admiting to charging me double for December and January.

Look at the amount I have been paying every month that I have stayed at city property, I have never missed a single month so why do you the usage is from 23 December to 28 February? Does that make sense to you?

Dear Koketso,

A transaction report will be provided to you during the meeting to indicate how water is billed. The charges are backdated, as we have to receive the readings first, this is not to say you have missed payments. The dates for every reading are stipulated on the statement.
