Stole my Furniture claiming that I owe them R25000

City Property has ****** my belongings, this includes my ID document, my qualification certifificates, car key, important documents, cash worth R6400.00, clothes and everything claiming that I owe them R25 000.00. I was left with nothing only the clothes that was wearing. Even today the matter cannot be resolved because I owe them R11 000 and I do not have problem to pay this amount at any given day, but they claim that I owe them R25000 which includes R8 000 cancellation fees while I did not cancel any contract with City Property, as well as rental fees for the months that I was no longer staying in their property after they took my belongings. Now they even claim that the amount I owe is around R40 000.00<br> <br> I cannot move on with my life, I need my belongings. I have reported the matter to the Estate Agency Affairs Board and now is the 6th month and I am not getting any feedback. All I need is to pay R11 000 that I owe to City Property and get my property because I do not owe them what they are claiming. This matter has been on going for some time now.
