Stalking on premises by City Property staff

Hello Peter, I’m complaining about how I’m disgusted in City Property. I’ve complained to the building manager Koos Van Dyk that I’ve been stalked by one of their cleaners which is a black man. The man was rude so I asked for his manager which is Helene . After complaining they said they won’t remove the man from that building, he must not come near my door. I then had to call the police on Friday because someone is trying to break in my place using their own set of keys. The police advised me to go to court, which I’m going to do. Further more these 2 ladies seem to be protecting their staff, instead of protecting a tenant that’s paying. Disgusting behavior of women, until it happens to them.
