Sitting in the Dark since 17th April till date
I have been staying here at Kempton Place and the service here is deteriorating. We have not had any power for from the 17th of April till date. No update from the management at all this is now happening for 3 years at the same time and we know its going to take place again soon in June. The building manager are failing to meet with us the tenants to notify us of what the issue is. Another thing we have found out that we are be8ng served contaminated water for the past few months coming from a Bore hole and they carry on like nothing wrong us happening.

One of our agents has tried contacting you to discuss the water contamination issue. The water was reported to not be contaminated however we would like to get more information in order to investigate further. We have escalated the matter to the Kempton Place Management Team, ticket no. 722342.

Well yes the power was restored during the day but again at 18: 57 no power againg till late hours what is the issue?
Regarding the water... please provide a clear reason our taps, bath tubs kettles are turning blue?
