City property will do anything to ***** your deposit, not only did I leave the place clean but I didn't damage anything. They charged me for a cracked window that I never even touched, I don't even reach there. I have been paying less than 300 for water and now suddenly when I leave I am been charged R700+ for water, what was I suddenly doing this month that I was charged that much.

Another thing is, an outgoing inspection was done and that manager showed me the amount of money that would be charged for cleaning and it was R200 something and I signed for it but they changed that to R600+, since when can you change amounts of what people have already signed for???

These people never fix their ****en building they just keep on blaming the next person and the person after that. This is *****ing from people and you should be held accountable for what you're doing to people.
