Rude collections officer and Overbilled

I moved out to The Fields flats before my contract ended, as per legal requirements was properly billed for early termination (a full months rent). Now they want to bill me for a flat that was left spotless, I bought expensive cleaning products to clean, cleaned the oven spotless, the person inspecting the flat even commended me on this now they want to bill me for funny things like curtain stoppers as I found them there. <br> <br> The debt collection lady Charmaine is rude, very rude. I would not recommend anyone living there, you will hate it the day you move out
