******* and breaching of a contract .

There was ******* at my place on the 16 of September in my bachelor flat while I was sleeping my TV, phones, blanket was ****** and my car spear key. Same week i think Thursday before the ******* happen I renewed my contract for another 12months, because the old one was ending 31 October 2018. After the break in I informed the building managers but as far as I know there was no internal follow up, my neighbors where not followed up and asks them if they heard or saw anything. Our rent include 24hours security but I don't feel safe anymore people break into my private place and take my Goods while I was sleeping, they could have **** me or even **** me. After all this I am cancelling my contract and they are telling me that I'm breaching a contract they will charge me. After I was emotional abuse in my private space, and I have lost so much. I am cancelling my new contract that will start 1of November next money and they want to charge Breaching of contract. How can I stay after all this has happen to me as I speak I can't sleep without sleeping tablets a small noise I am awake I can't leave my life like this.
