****** of Deposit

I have lived at city Property last year and moved out at the end of January 2015. I have still not smelt my deposit. According to the law I am aware this is supposed to be given to me within a week after I move out after inspection has been done. <br> <br> This inspection was done in my presence. That on it's own was a big money making **** which already cuts my deposit by R1000 , because they have to hire a company to clean the carpet in the lounge. I have never heard of a R1000 fee to clean a small area of lounge carpet. <br> <br> They have failed to refund even the little money they owe after robbing me of my deposit. It's been 6 weeks now. I was told I would have this deposit end of February 2015, but nothing. Not even a word of whether it's being processed and when it will come through. <br> <br> PEOPLE I URGE YOU NOT TO LIVE IN CITY PROPERTY!!!! YOU WILL BE ****** BLIND IN THE MOST PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THOSE PEOPLE ARE SHARKS.
