****roach infested shop

<p>I rented a shop but was not told that it is infested by ****roaches. I asked that it be fumigated but the roaches didnt go away. </p> <p>When I ask for cancellation and refund I am told I signed lease.</p> <p>The lease doesnt say I accept ****roaches.</p> <p>Stay away from CITY PROPERTY ****roache infested shops. They lie and tell you you signed lease.</p>
