Revolting Customer service

Never ever have I been abused like Snowy did to me. The Credit controller who wanted to make sure she put me in my place.

She sends me an sms I haven't paid my Rent account.... for the first in my 4 years of staying there. She did not ask me for my proof of payment instead she started name calling me as "********" for asking her why she is telling me that I did not pay my account. She had no customer service at all but all she does is bully and call me names... I did not get any joy from senior Zikhona as she didn't see anything wrong about the manner in which Snowy spoke to me. My reference may have been incorrect but it no excuse for this verbal abuse from Snowy.
