Repeated Denial of Rent Reduction Request
I have been residing in the apartment since January 2024, which means I have now been a tenant for more than two and a half years. According to the information provided on your website/chatbot, tenants who have been residing in their apartments for more than 1 year and 6 months are eligible to request a rental reduction.
I have made this request several times previously, but I have repeatedly been advised that I cannot receive a reduction. I would therefore appreciate clarification as to why I do not qualify, particularly since I have exceeded the stated 18-month period by a significant margin.
These are all my ticket numbers and no help 893624, 892759 (not even a consultant called me regarding this on), 742118, 741194.
