Refunds request lodged on the 25 /07/2015

I had mistakenly made a double payment on my rent for the month of July. when i realised this, i immediately went to the offices of City Property in Pta where i reside where i informed them on the matter. They told me they would wait until monday for the funds to reflect on the account, which of course i had no problem with. they also informed me that it would take approximately 2 weeks to solve the matter. I was given forms requiring bank stamps to prove correct accounts which too i submitted. <br> <br> Still this day i am informed when i call that the application is still being processed. I have visisted the offices several times and i am told of certain people not in the office to sign of on the refund are not at the office. Last e-mail sent to me said payment would be reflecting on the 08/08/2015. My kids transport fees have not been paid. I have been waiting and waiting and when i call to speak to someone directly handling the paper work at creditors, i am denied access. I am very unhappy, i wish for the matter to be resolved urgently. Thsi has cause great grief to me and my family especially my children.
