****py management and dishonesty

We haven't had electricity in Kempton Place since Saturday morning with a by the way update here and there. We are being informed that the council has been investigating the issue for the past 3 days, then out of the blue management has started riding on the coat tails of reported smoke that was seen at some sub station yesterday, mind you this smoke was seen after us not having had power for over 24 hours already. What baffles me even more is that the same issues being experienced in Kempton Place which is in Kempton Park are the same issues which were experienced by some City Property properties in Pretoria over the past weekend. Are we being made fools? Who is fooling who here?
