Some tenants are asthmatic and some have lungs cancer. It is City property duty to check with tenants first before they send maintenance people to paint the tenants doors and walls without checking with them first for health sake . Wet paint can trigger asthma. I really find this unfair for not making announcement that should any tenant with health issues inform city property office before you paint their doors. next time check with your tenants before you either fumigate or do the painting maintenance because some tenants health can be affected.
