Problematic DSTV connection at Splendid Place

April 2017 i moved into one of City Property buildings in Johannesburg called Splendid Place. When i arrived everything was working fine including the DSTV connection which they indicated in their brochure. The problem started late last year when some of the channels did not play anymore due to connection. 2 weeks back i called the office in loveday and a lady who answered my call told me that they are aware of the problem and its gonna take them time to get it fixed as it's going to cost millions and she advised i speak to the building manager if i wanted to install my own dish which i felt like now we turning this building into one of those dirty buildings within the CBD where each and every apartment will have its dish outside. I continued the remaining channels only to wake up today not even a single channel playing. No one has communicated with us as the tenants regarding the issue we just in the dark yet monthly we have to pay for all the services. Please help sort out this issue before you lose tenants
