Power Backup System needed in Russells Place building

i think you should install Power Backup System at Russells Place Building, each and every time we experience power outage. we have been experiencing power outage since from yesterday morning (07:15am) till today. Some of us have babies that need formula, and it must be (mixed) with hot water. what about other tenants that need to use lifts, because they cannot take stairs due to their health ? it also need electricity to work. What about food in our refrigerators..they need to be refrigerated so that they do not get rotten...Guys please be considerate for your tenats. its painful to wake up in the morning take your clothes somewhere for ironing..also ask for hot water so that you can bath...please do something
