POOR SERVICES AT ESSENBY HOUSE

I have been staying at Essenby House for 9 months now and i think every month I complain about noise happening in the flats. I report cases to the Caretaker Bernard on time and ensure that I also investigate matters before escalating them. This past weekend the people who stays in a room next to mine were making noise from evening until 12am. I called the security to report the issue but nothing was done i reported to Bernard still nothing was done mind you we get up in the morning to go to work but we hardly sleep. The noise at Essenby House is out of hand, i have stayed at City Property before but Essenby House is the pits. One has to sleep after the people are done making noise, our caretaker can't really tackle problems, security is nonchalant, the kids do as they please and play anywhere
