Poor service leasing agent

I have previously worked with two leasing agents both I was happy with their devices.. However today there is a guy called Malcolm Govender I'm honestly frustrated with that guy. I'm supposed to move in on the 25th but he has ********ly delayed my application and it's just so frustrating 😭the poor service his giving me
