Poor service at city property

I have app**** for a unit and last week I was contacted by one of their employee who requested me to forward him the bank statement and payslip which I went to their office last week Friday to submit some and I was told that i will be contacted and I left all my details but I have not been called. Today I called and I spoke to Lebo who promised to call me back of which he has not. I was planning to move in on Sunday but according to the level of service am getting from city property I doubt that will happen. I kindly request assistance .
