Poor service and day light *******

My year contract with City property is over. I am currently on a month to month contract. I submitted notice on the 13th of this month to move to another unit same building.

Obviously the process is longer they treat you like a new tenant. Got over that part. Now my new lease is starting on the 9th ne the month. They charging me pro-rata rent. For 9 days. Which to my surprise is 70% of the monthly rent. How they go to that remains a mystery.

Water. Is prepaid. Also charged about 75% of the monthly. Credit control Consultant refilwe just works there obviously that's their answer.

No manager reviews matters. Mind you the unit I'm moving out of is because I cannot handle the coach roaches coming in from roof ceiling. And no one cares. As long as they take your money.

9 days. For 2700 from 3800 rent.. Please help me with this maths city property. And I am going to report your building to the health department. It is a coach roach land.
