Poor security at Kemptons place

They harbour *********. My clothes have been repeatedly ****** from the washing line ever since I've moved in and nothing is being done. They have cameras but still don't do anything even after identifying the *****. When they decide to confront the theif they say it might have been a mistake. Who in this world mistakenly take someone's clothes repeatedly?

Kemptons place has to be the worst. People are always moving out and now I know why.
