Poor Response to Electricity Outages
Not responsive to tenant complaints and always blaming others for occurrences in their buildings. Money is the only important thing to them not tenants. The Management do not even have the decency to communicate issues to tenants as an example power outage only in their building but other buildings on the same street have power even the robots are working leading to the building yet they want to blame City Power instead of addressing the issue.

04 Dec 2018, 08:55Dear Thobelani I refer to our telephonic conversation yesterday regarding the power outages in the greater JHB area.
As per media release and feedback from City of JHB there was high voltage power cables damaged by a third party contractor when they were attending to load shedding in the JHB area. This affected numerous high voltage buildings and areas within the JHB CBD, Jeppestown, Doornfontein, Troyville and Kazerne. City Property sends SMS’s to inform and update all our clients when we receive feedback from City Power, as confirmed by yourself that you have received these SMS’s.
We do however understand that this is a big inconvenience to our clients, as a matter of contingency we arrange for generators to operate all the safety matters in the building. Kind regards
