Poor management of tenant issues

I've always had the best interactions with the customer service consultants over the phone as well those in the Jhb office (especially Motshabi and Kenneth) but the people this company employs to deal with tenant issues are something else.

My neighbour has been a noise hazard since the very FIRST weekend I moved into here last May and all my complaints have fallen on deaf ears as well as the warnings that he has apparently been given.

In the most recent incident, I was woken up by his girlfriend's screams for help to which I called the security guards. The guards were taking their sweet time so I just knocked and retreated back to my apartment and upon opening his door the girlfriend managed to run out. I offered her refuge in my apartment while waiting for the security guards and this guy blocks us from closing the door and invites himself in, getting into my face and wanting to snatch my phone from me as I attempt to call the security again while also ignoring my requests for him to get out of MY apartment. I reported this on Monday morning to Zama Ndlela, the property manager, who sounded very sincere in the moment. Building manager, Thulani, knocked at my door later that day to ask and say some of the most ridiculous things I've heard from someone I expected to have SOME tact especially in this kind of situation. The audacity of your caretaker to tell me that my neighbour isn't dangerous when I tell him I'm concerned about my safety is something else along with putting the onus on me to move somewhere else instead of recommending that to the neignour as if I'm the menace. Gave my feedback to Zama who didn't responding , Thulani as well. You would think with the country's GBH statistics being what they are, these people would be more sympathetic to my concerns. I cannot wait for my lease agreement to come to an end as this has left a very sour taste in my mouth especially given that I never bother anyone in this building unless there's a problem that they're being PAID to deal with PROPERLY. Had I known I'd have to be friends with the security guards (so they allow me with all my friends at all hours of the night) and the building manager in order for my quality of life to be amazing in this building, I would've acted accordingly in the first place or better yet, not move in at all.
