Plaza place- dont rent here!

There is no wifi or fibre at Plaza place (in this day & age) when i moved in i was told it was getting installed.Its been a year & still nothing.Ive never lived in such a noisy place,the sound of music in the play area has reduced but the noise from children playing there is so bad,ive struggled with working from home since i moved in,Theres a club across the street that makes things so much worse.Theyve been renovating the building for the past 2months,ive been woken by drills & intense hammering from 7am. everytime i have visitors they ask me 'how do you cope with the noise', when i talk to ppl over the fone,they ask me if im outside' because they cant hear me. I hate it here,it was my first time staying at City property flats.i'll never make that mistake again. I wish someone had given me a heads up before i moved here. Dont stay at plaza place!
