Paying for renovation for the whole apartment
I was renting one of their apartment in Pretoria ,when I leave the place they did not refund me my deposit on top of that the charged me to renovate the whole apartment due to me burning only one carpet so zi paid the contractor and the carpet ,I won't recommend people for them

In cases where repairs are necessary—such as damage to flooring—the cost may be deducted from the deposit, or additional charges may apply if the damage exceeds the deposit amount.
