Pathetic service

Very bad customer service I was given a whatsapp number that they use during this lockdown, spoke to a Oratile regarding me serving my notice she went awol on me then after that no one bothered to answer the whatsapp. I need to move out in this window period that has been granted by the president but no one is getting back to me . I feel as tho they are doing it on purpose as they do not want to loose tenants . It’s pretty annoying if you ask me . The service is just pathetic!
