Pathetic service

I reported a malfunctioning stove to city property. Property manager.. Acting manager.. Admin team security guards etc.. 3 weeks back to this day Stove still not sorted. Electrician was sent out and he straight up said they won't agree to replace this stove. 3 weeks later I buying take outs every night. Everytome they say it is fixed.. It explodes and trips earth leakage. I have a small child in the flat and I guess they dont care if the stove catches fire . Pathetic service
