Pathetic service

I was a tenant of Talis place for over 3 years, never missed a payment. The service i received when moving out was pathetic..... i cleaned the unit.. actually left it in a better state than when i moved in. The building manager did the final inspection and told me there would be no deductions. To my shock all i received was a payment of R400 from a deposit of R3400. I asked for a list of what was deducted and received no response....
