Pathetic Service

Thanks to City Unprofessional property for ruining my day today. I sacrificed my time, energy and left work just to resolve an outstanding issue of Deposit with them for unit Talis place unit 520. They are still not prepared to resolve instead they are threatening me. I have proved how unprofessional they are today, an amount of R320 was charge for carpet cleaning when moving out of the unit hence today the lady presented an invoice of R3900 for replacing carpet. why now after 2 months? The Manager & lady by the name of Gloria forget where this matter has started, it has started when I gave City property a notice & I was told I am breaching the contract of renewal which the signature was forged by the caretaker. There is no relationship & trust between us. They cant expect me to smile after all, today its the carpet issue. city property should stop playing with people, it is very difficult to receive a deposit back we all know but they should be valid reason not assumption or **** documents.
