Pathetic Horrible Experience!!!

<p>Pathetic, Horrible and Unfair experience from City Property Kempton Park. I pay rent every month and rates without fail, my lease expired BUT i received a month to month renewal letter. Then a statement was sent to my place with R3000 legal fees, i enquired what is R3000, they said my account has been handed over to attorney because lease has expired and their attorneys Savage and Jooste will evict me from the place since lease has expired. But my question is who informed me to move out from the place as i had a month to month renewal letter? Did they even inform about the handover? Without communication how would i have known that i should ignore the renewal letter?? I sent messages on Facebook page, they promised to contact me and resolved the matter and i never ever heard from them thereafter! How absurd and unprofessional is City property with such a terrible service</p>
