Pathetic

<p>I went to CPA to pay my rent today but I somehow overpayed them, after the transaction I asked for a reversal so I can pay the right amount which I was told that they do not do any reversal & i will pay less amount next month . For a big company as big as this, its just hard to believe that you are unable to do a mere reversal.</p>
