Outstanding customer service

I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Nonhlanhla, Reuben and Lance from City Property Kempton Place tonight the 25th January 2018 at 19h05.

I had misplaced the key to my flat and didn't have a spare since it wasn't given to me in the first place. So i went to the security personnel to get my spare key and wasn't pleased with the response that i got from Jan the building manager when Nonhlanhla the Security lady reported my query to him. I got vexed by his unprofessional response which unfortunately got witnessed by the kind Nonhlanhla(the Security lady) and the two gentlemen who were with her. I lost my sanity.

For as long as I've been dealing with City Property, i've been treated with care and great consideration hence I've been using their services since 2008 in different cities.

The Security trio took the time to listen to my query and never made me feel like I was being unreasonable, they totally understood my position as I explained my frustration to them. Nonhlanhla kept trying to call everyone who could possibly assist me then eventually called Reuben, the Building manager who bothered to come and listen to my query in person. Reuben asked me to follow him to his office and put Lance on the phone for me, I spoke to Lance. Lance's ability to provide the resolution to my problem quickly exceeded my expectations.

I really commend the prompt service provided by your Custodians. Your choice of personnel is excellent.

City Property understands that Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale and maltreating them afterwards. I've always known this Company to be the best in property rental services, and my experience tonight just proved my point once again.

I would love to recommend City Property Kempton Place to anyone who needs a safe, secured and clean place to rent in the future coupled with the great staff with great people s****s. Keep up the good work!
