No water for a week now

We didn't have water since Saturday & It's Friday today and we still don't have water, we have to walk down to the ground floor to put water in a bucket and bring it to the flat, do you think this is right? We can't bath coz theirs no water so we can only wash ourselves which is really not on!!!There's 4 other flats that doesn't have water & I'm sorry we need our water today we can't go through this anymore, It's not fair on us, we paying tenants and we treated like this. We don't get any notification that we will not have water or when it will come back, we had a guy come into the flat to check the water he went to the taps checked and walked out without saying anything to us. We would like to know when will this matter be resolved?
