No Electricity in 48 hours

City Property's Tali's place has been without electricity for almost 48 hours. We are expected to pay full rent yet we can't cook, iron, watch tv or even use a lift in a 17 floor building. The management is nonchalant about everything and we are being subjected to utter disregard. Can someone please help.
