NO DEPOSIT PAID TO ME

I moved out on the 30th of august and i gave them two weeks notice before,,i still haven't received my deposit..i was stayin at alan's place 315..inspection was done and everything seemed fine..everytime i go to their office they tell me to wait for more weeks because its still early i waited for 4 four weeks already..how do they expect me to pay my current flat though city property looks professional but they are not at all, this is just wrong . I would never recommend city property to anyone.
