MY MONEY ,I REFUSE TO WAIT ANY LONGER

I moved out of my flat end of january and still havent received my deposit ,when i call i get anSwering machines .city property has no customer service at all .<br> funny how they are quick to lock people out when rent is due BUT for them to return back whats due to tenents its a problem <br> please pay back the funds ASAP <br> Idnt want your call backs or apologies i just want my money asseblief tog !!!!!
