My Furniture damaged byCity Property willingfully

My Compalin<br> I'm not sure if you have heard about what happened to me on the evening of the 4th May 2015. My flat was flooding with water, the whole flat was full of water. Suren came and all of these happened whilst I was taking my bath. when I came out of the bath, my feet steeped into the dam. Suren said to me there is nothing he can do as the vacuum machines are locked up by the GETSETT people and they can only vacume the water the following day. One of my friend came to assist me, tried to limit the water even thou we couldnt do much. the water even ran to flat 408 and in the passage. As I' sending you these email, I have developed bad flue and sinus, because I had to spent the night in the flooded flat, it is WINTER and very cold.
