My flat was given to someone

Good day 25 April I mentioned that I am not vacating the flat since the issue of my contract is not resolved . Tuesday 3 May , people came to view the flat , today 6 May, they told me they have handed this flat to someone, who is staying a robot away from my flat. When I wanted to vacate the flat , I sent it via email , it was acknowledged . When I wanted to cancel the notice , there was no acknowledgement , whose fault is it ? This happened also in January , I have sent an email saying I am nor longer vacating the flat and it was acknowledged . so now my email was ignored since 25 April , whereas it was sent to all channels ? I am not vacating and did sign forms also of not vacating this building this end of May , until further notice. Regards
