Lights are not working we are in the dark on the first day of moving in!

This company does not even deserve 1 star! I am a tenant in Willow Villa Room 502 in Pretoria Sunnyside I moved in on the 01/03/2023 I didn't give this company trouble with paying deposit and rent because I have a newborn baby..In my room there are no lights and not because the bulb has fused but because they are not working..the flat is dirty I had to clean the whole place with my baby in my back as for building manager she never came to do a checklist not even once!! I paid more than R10000 to this company so I could move in...I should have read the reviews my heart is so broken!
