lacks in people skills and dealing with clients.

This lady i called her about an ad i saw on the internet saying she helps people find property whether it be an apartment or a house. i called her to make an appointment and stated that i needed to bring a R350 registration fee and said that it was refundable if they fail to find me a place that is to my liking and standards. i went and met with her. firstly she has a book where she writes things in and then she also did not give me a slip. the papers she gave me claimed that i was getting myself into a 2 month contract with city property and nowhere did it say anything about refunds or not giving any. she even told me in front of another customer who was having problems with her that she will give refunds if she doesn't get him what he asked for. I emailed her on the 23rd of february 2015 letting her know that i had gone back to res, i would like to pick up my refund. then she emailed me this long insulting and disrespectful email telling me how i am dreaming and that there are no refunds in a very dismissive tone. i rep**** by telling her how disrespectful she is and that i will lay a complaint. then she emailed me back telling me how i am a **** and questioning my knowledge?
