Lack of humanity

I had a great experience staying at Cherere flats. The apartments were very much accessible for me since I’m on a wheelchair. But I was very sad that I couldn’t qualify to stay there anymore. I don’t understand why doesn’t the agency check the records of how you paid your rent instead of only focusing on my income. The rent should be my problem, not theirs. I’m very sad I had to move out. The agency has no Ubuntu whatsoever.
