Lack of care from city property management

Electricity issues We have not had power the whole of this week and in the early hours of today they finally brought a generator to power up the units, left the house at 09:00 with the lights on only for me to return now at 15:00 with the lights off again. There is absolutely no consideration for the amount of food we are losing, the amount of money we are spending buying food everyday due to this outages and the amount of work we are missing out on because of these outages, yet come month end they want their full rent and utilities even though you lost money due to them not caring. Highly do not recommend unless you are desperate
