Kept my deposit & still wants me to pay MORE!

I rented a bachelor flat at Castle Mansions. My lease expired in 31th Dec 2014 however, I vacated the flat on the 21st of Dec 2014. Unfortunately the Building Manager was on leave when I left and whoever was on standby was not there when I vacated to do the inspection and I left with the keys (21st Dec 2014).<br> <br> I returned the keys on the 7th of Jan 2015. As I was not even in JHB over the festive season. I and the Building Manager did the inspection only then. Mind you the inspection had no comments or what-so-ever. 3 months down the line I was still enquiring about my deposit and it's only then I was told I will not get my deposit which was shocking, another 2 months later I was told that I owed another R3 200 on top of the R3 900 that I did not get back. While I was still challenging them and disputing this payment guess what, my name was listed on ITC. <br> <br> I still needed them to send me a breakdown of what they did to my deposit, they failed to do that instead they gave me an invoice that they got from their suppliers. Really?<br> <br> Who revamps a bachelor flat for R7 100??? Is this some kind of a joke?<br>
