Kempton place must be shut down, it's enough
From 17 April 2025 to 22nd April we were without power not mentioning the borehole dirty water from our taps, elevators off for days having to walk up and down from 8th floor and now today 23rd of April '25 power is out again as we approach another weekend possibly for another week of bad service.
Whoever it is that keeps waiting on auto reply to tell us who are raising compliants about Kempton place telling us "it's beyond or out of your control" needs to stop testing our temper as tenants because only this building always has no power when there's long weekends, holidays and now a trend to no power on weekends.
What we will jot do is pay a month's rent for only 2 weeks worth of service.
It's almost month end and without an alternative power source to assist or actually get the power back we as tenants will show you an alternative!
Whoever owns this place clearly doesn't care about money anymore because there's never been more empty units in all the years I've stayed here yet you persist to let an *********** property management company like City Property run the place down literally.
There's no caretaker here forget Lance and every minion at that management office office always useless ready to tell us "I don't know"
Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your concerns. We sincerely apologise for the extended power outages, and we understand how frustrating and disruptive this has been, especially during long weekends and holidays. The ward councillor came to our offices yesterday to discuss the issues experienced by Council regarding the continued power outages. It not just our building that goes off but a very large part of Kempton as infrastructure repairs happens.
We send SMS communication whenever there are service interruptions to keep tenants informed. The contents will be based on feedback received from Council and we unfortunately don't always receive information on when services will be restored.
The borehole water is qualified and not contaminated, information about this is on the poster at the building. One of the Building Managers will come to inspect the water in your unit.
Kind regards,
City Property Support Team
