I can bet money that ,had city Property informed tenants of Steyn's place on pretorius street that that every weekend and also most weekdays there are churches in buildings next to their actual apartments ,we would've not agreed to stay there,imagine bringing your infant child home and your child goes deaf because of the the Tremendously high volumes that affect half the building ...a child who may become deaf they preach "Peaceful" apartments the turn around have some lame justification its 3 am as i write this our windows are vibrating from all the church loud music think if it was ur infant child going deaf because the company **** about making this place safe...its not
